PRENATAL MASSAGE
This balancing and nourishing massage for baby and mothers-to-be is performed in side laying positions to avoid pressure on the belly. The massage includes a unique blend of safe and skin nourishing oils designed to meet the extra skin care needs during pregnancy.

SOUND HEALING
Sound Vibration is proven to reduce stress and anxiety. Sound Baths can improve general well-being, positively impact the human nervous system on a cellular level, and may decrease blood pressure.

Each session begins by setting an intention that one can return to throughout the session. Depending on what body, mind and spirit is calling for in each session, we incorporate different mediums of vibration that may include crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, tuning forks, drums, gongs, didgeridoos and more. Allow the sound waves to wash over you as you rebalance, center, and bathe in vibration!

Our feet are mirror images of our bodies. The 60min. Reflexology treatment utilizes pressure applied to specific areas on the feet, hands and ears to invite a healing response in corresponding areas of the body. Also included in the treatment is a scalp massage.

CHINESE FIRE CUPPING
Ancient Egyptians used cupping therapy as early as 1,550 B.C.
Today, this ancient and stimulating therapy is widely used in traditional Chinese Medicine "TMC".

It is an excellent add-on to your massage treatment to boost the immune system, relieve neck, shoulder, back, knee pain and ease symptoms of asthma, fever, and upset stomach, just to name a few.
This treatment includes the application of Muscle Soothing Oils.

Graston® Technique
Graston Technique® (GT) is a unique form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that addresses soft tissue lesions and fascial restrictions resulting in improved patient outcomes. GT uses specially designed stainless steel instruments with unique treatment edges and angles to deliver an effective means of manual therapy. The use of GT instruments, when combined with appropriate therapeutic exercise, leads to the restoration of pain-free movement and function.

SILK GLOVE HAND EXFOLIATION
Pamper and nourish your hands with a gentle hand massage using our organic, locally crafted, exfoliating ​hand scrub. Following the scrub you will enjoy a lathering of organic shea butter and then be comforted by silk gloves that you wear home. Shea Butter is known to increases circulation and is an excellent moisturizer for dry skin, eczema and psoriasis. Vitamins A, E and F restore elasticity in the skin and reduce blemishes and wrinkles.

Application of this warm, organic Ayurvedic scalp oil is immensely relaxing and revitalizing. This massage nourishes the hair, improves blood circulation and lymph flow in the head region, eases chronic head and neck problems, relieves insomnia, migraine, dry scalp and itching. Additionally, it stimulates the sensory organs and soul.

Arrival
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for a safe and smooth transition between guests.

To maintain our blissful environment, we ask that you silence your mobile phones and electronic devices upon arrival and speak in quiet tones. Regretfully, late arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time in order to remain on schedule for subsequent guests.
Gratuity
Our staff is highly qualified and works hard to ensure that you receive the very best service.
While gratuity is optional and at your own discretion, it is kindly accepted.
The suggested gratuity is 20 percent of the full price of the service provided.
Payment & Cancellations
A major credit card is required upon booking your treatment in order to confirm your reservation!
Our guests can pay in full at time of booking or after the service via Cash, Check, Venmo or Credit Card.
Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be received no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a full-price charge for all booked services.
For Your Safety
We respectfully ask that you refrain from smoking and/or the use of perfumes or strong scents prior to your treatment as we treat clients with allergies and sensitivities.

Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any service. Kindly inform us of any existing medical conditions when completing the "Client Intake Form" at time of booking.
